Fallout 4 Mod conflict with DLC

Some current unofficial Modding can be clashing with Bethesda DLC causing DLC items or complete categories to be missing from the Settlement Building Menu. A Specific example is Settlement Key words Mod which is used by multiple other mods to prevent Mods conflict over the Settlement Menu organization. It was difficult for me to notice some of the categories from Wastland Wanderer DLC were not being shown. If it wasn't for watching Youtube Videos on Fallout 4 I would not of know I was missing the Concrete menu, Cage menu and others. Some mods adding items to the Settlement Building menu seam to have no issue. An example being anything from DDProductions83 has no other dependencies. His Modded items do not add or change categories. Of course this means the items are awkwardly placed in the menu under stock categories and can feel in the way.
