HAHA! Keep in mind this makes SEVEN bowls of chili!! So the spice is subdued do the shear amount of chili.

But if you are less spicy inclined, subtract the habaneros. If even less spicy inclined, substitute the jalapenos for your tears.... because you can't handle a wimpy jalapeno

Simple, but tasty

Fire Honey Sauce

Honey - to taste
Sriracha - to taste
start with, say, a 1C honey to 1T Siracha

Heat honey on medium heat in a sauce pan (I'd stick to non-stick for this one folks!)
Once honey is liquid add sriracha and continue to cook the mixture down 1/4 the way. Obviously the more you let it cook down the thicker it will get. Add orange rind oil or flavoring for a three ingredient general Tso's sauce.

This goes great on chicken and or schrimps!

I will share a brine I came across that makes some pretty great smoked chicken!
